I have been MIA because I have been sick with a bad cold but today I made it to Peets for tea and saw this honey jar that had a cool color combo – teal and green and white – makes me want to go home and get out some paint
I love this color combo of black, brown and yellow that I found at peet’s coffee
I didn’t get crafty over the weekend because we were pulling orders we had tons of bins around the warehouse – this picture is just a small snapshot of what the bins looked like.
The good news is all the orders are pulled and are shipping out today!!
I am so excited Mr. UPS stopped by and brought new AccuCut dies!!
So today I am busy unpacking and figuring out what to cut…
I promise I will post pictures of what I cut
I started this book with my stamp club and we will finish it next month
It’s a 7×7 book made from cardstock – there are fun tags and pockets and envelopes
It will eventually be bound with the bind it all
I am starting another pair of socks – these will be perfect for St. Patty’s Day
They are wool and a wee but of cashmere – this yarn was a birthday present!!

I just unpacked a ton of new product and it came with all this packing paper – all different colors and textures and I am going to make a journal out of it.
I just ironed it and to get the paper really flat I spayed it with a bit of water so I need to let it dry before i cut it up – so look for another post soon when it is ready to be cut. Hope this inspires you to use something unexpected to be crafty

Today is the start of National Craft Month – a good time for all of us crafty peeps! I am going to use this day as a kick-off to new things in the studio. Even if I am not feeling it I am going to get in there and create!
My motto for today is – It’s 1st of March and I am going to get into my studio! So be prepared who knows what I might come up with!

the mojo is still missing and so I am going to try a few new things this week
1) I am going to give myself permission to play – i don’t have to create anything specific just spend time in the studio
2) I am going to do some journaling about what I want to create
3) I am going knit it seems to clear my mind
